The issue is that I have none, otherwise I would not be getting offers of help. And, I am thinking that this has never happened to you. If it had, you might not find it so humorous. Because once that 'holding over the head' starts, it can go on for years. It is like a loan with an ever changing interest rate... you never get it paid off.
