I can fit into my favorite pair of jeans again!

18. Congratulations!

I don't fit into any of my jeans, because I've lost 50 pounds in 3 years and at least 20 since my last medical exam. Which was about 18 months ago, because I didn't get a PCP in Pittsburgh until last week.

How'd I do it? Well, frankly because I'm starving myself to death. It's not a recommended procedure. But a) I can't afford food, and b) I'm not as hungry as I used to be. Was a time I could eat a whole pizza by myself, now two slices and I'm full. Which at least has the consequence of making the average pizza last for four meals.

Which probably explains why it looks like I have an iron deficiency, if my tests are anything to go by. Seeing that, I decided to get some almonds to snack on because they're good for iron. Now I have diarrhoea. So it goes. And goes. And goes.
