(8,158 posts)47. I live in a small town and have gotten to know the woman who checks the receipts.
I cannot imagine ever getting rude to her because of some corporate policy. She's a member of my community.
I never use self checkout. They are slowly going back to in person checkers here because people prefer them.
Be kind. It costs nothing.
