I can be relentless when it comes to corporations gouging. My sister worked at the BBB and she was a master researcher. She is an expert on holding companies responsible. She is even more relentless than I am since she lives on just a small social security check. I can afford these increases, but it becomes a principle for me. I think about all the people out there that can't afford it. It's just my small way of keeping them on their toes.
