(7,215 posts)AT&T Fiber. Because our phones are also AT&T, and Direct TV is affiliated with them, the billing is a nightmare... who gets paid what and when. But our experience with it has been SO much better than it was with Spectrum. When Spectrum shut down their office and directed us to Kansas City for everything (about an hour away), that was it for me. We're STILL getting offers and pleas to PLEASE come back! (LOL... never!). I had also heard rattlings that they were going to eventually be moving to WiFi only and drop the cable aspect. That also figured in our dropping them. Mostly, we were out more than we had service, the rates were ALWAYS going up, and you couldn't drop the darned Sports Channel to have any flexibility in your charges. I thought Road Runner was bad... Spectrum took Road Runner and killed the whole thing completely, IMO.
