In reply to the discussion: My Husband just tested positive for COVID,,,, [View all]Ms. Toad

Get an air purifier with a HEPA filter on it and put it near you on the couch.
Also wear your mask in the house.
I have caught COVID from my spouse and my daughter**, but not if I sit behind an air purifier, sleep separately, and wear a mask as much as possible. (I have a spouse who refuses to wear masks, so I have to protect myself. If you have a cooperative spouse, it is even better if they wear a mask.)
** From my spouse when we were on vacation and living in the same hotel room with no way to isolate (and she thought it was an allergy attack - which all of her prior scares were). From my daughter when she had some mild sniffly thing and didn't test (and didn't tell me she had something).

Sorry to hear that. Paxlovid taken early on really helped lessen my symptoms. Dr called in an RX when I called.

Not whining. It is legitimate fear/ concern to get sick with covid period. Best wishes for all to get through it.

Good luck. If it helps, I keep reading that a mouthwash containing CPC and saline nasal spray helps get it over
