4. Dude. you don't look even close to 300 lbs in that picture. Not at all.

I'd guess 200 tops. You must have a shitload of muscle and thick bones to even come close to that weight. I maxed out at 175 and dropped back to 122. I'm back up in the 130-135 range (my normal weight) and back in my high school jeans. It took some work. One thing I can DEFINITELY say is that quitting smoking has nothing to do with it. I went from having something (a variety of somethings) burning from the moment I woke up until the moment I passed out to cold turkey NOTHING (well, other than pot) and actually lost weight. That's a myth.

Give Jen a hug for me. She is very pretty, but more importantly, she loves you and you love her (as well evidenced on DU posts). Get her to kick your butt on finishing that book, dammit!!!! Did I mention giving her a hug?

For that matter, my wife's on my ass to get my most recent work published. I'm still working on the cover art. It's my eldest daughter naked (no naughty bits), but the mask for the graphic is eluding me. I don't use photo editing software that much and I'm befuddled. I want to keep the same mask for the two sequels in the trilogy. That also means she needs to pose nude in a public park and hold a shotgun with her dog by her side. I just want the same mask and it isn't working out. The first book is finished. Done. No more edits. I've read it and edited it at least 100 times. I'm not shitting you. It's a major endeavor for me. If you can't sleep, work on your book. I've read it. I love it. And you can do it. Did I mention giving Jen a hug for me?
