Try eating smaller meals more often throughout the day, rather than the standard three big meals. It helps to keep the metabolism going and stabilizes blood sugar.

You can do this...you're a strong person!

BTW, was the great picture of you and Jen taken at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum?
