28. It's assholish to report people

for having expired tags. It just is. All we know from the story is that parked cars are being reported. Maybe these people aren't paying because they can't yet but that doesn't mean they are driving. And if they are driving they run the risk of getting caught and will end up paying even more most likely. So what kind of an asshole goes around looking in other people's business for minor infractions to report?

Go ahead and report. No law says you can't. Just know if anyone does that, they are an asshole.
