So you have to prove that this is actually you to Google. First off are you logged into YouTube on any device? YouTube client is a good way to validate. It will work just like the Gmail app. Are you logged into chrome anywhere?

You’re going to have to go through a more elaborate password recovery without it. Try google account under this link to start the process. https://support.google.com/?hl=en

Good luck with all of this. Eventually you can call their customer service. It would take a long time but worth it.
