It's Hermey the elf in the classic Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer special, the one who wants to be a dentist, not make toys. Many people mistakenly call him "Herbie," likely mixing him up with the car from Disney movies, but his name is officially Hermey, named after screenwriter Romeo Muller's childhood friend.
