16. No chef here, don't know enough to be concerned. Just clicked the vid for how-to regular grilled thing,

and was surprised about this dude's use of mayo. From the surprise, came curiousity about what the mayo would be like, and my outcome was satisfactory without reference to butter/mayo, no difference to my non-gourmet palate.
