Very hearty and filling for cold weather. A woman from Ghana showed me how to make it. Found in the US from Virginia down to Georgia, and in the Caribbean.

Thanks! I love grilled tempeh on a sub roll, w/all the toppings. Mellow Mushroom used to offer it, maybe not anymore. nt
