43. I make a point of getting down on the floor at least once a day

to make sure I can get back up. Somedays it seems easier than others.

My favorite scene in the latest "Freaky Friday" movie was when the teenager inhabiting Jamie Lee Curtis' body discovers she can't get up from the floor. Says something like "I want to, this body won't."
