...without a DEFFINITE plan for how to get back up!
For me, it started 6-1/2 years ago when I broke my leg. It never healed right, and I walk like a Neanderthal man.

If I bend over (or fall over), I try to take care of anything at the ground level while I'm there.

Yep, you've got to crawl to a straight-backed chair and grab the seat to help pull yourself up.
