It's been proven that change occurs when 3% of a country's population protests en masse in the streets.

That's what it takes...3%.

That's a very difficult number to achieve. We are almost there, but not quite.

Unless we can hit that 3%, we're stuck. It can't be less than 3% of 330 million, or whatever our current population exactly is.

Barring that, the only other "solution" is mass violence, which opens up another can of worms.

Certain people in this country can skirt laws with impunity, because the justice department is compromised. When there is no actual enforcement foisted upon these people, then there are no actual laws that these people must adhere to. It's maddening.
