Good morning my DU family [View all]

Sleep has been difficult lately so I'm writing this quite early.

I've run into some serious extremes when it comes to choosing our words and whether to say them.
On the one end, I was struck by how me being snarky or pissy about something someone did or worse yet, how they did it, can devastate the doer whether that was my intent or not.

All the way on the other end of the extreme is of course, choosing how and when to say good bye to someone you love. Thinking back to my time with Rory before he passed, I realized that the process of saying good bye created my fondest memories of him.

Our words have so much power.......

Please give us a day filled with opportunities to choose our words with care, so that our words do care and therefore become worthy to share.

Have an incredible day DU!
Love, John
