So I watched "Civil War" (2024) today. [View all]

A group of correspondents are trying to go to DC to interview the President before he is ousted.

They are discussing possible questions.

"How do you see your third term?"

"Is your airstrike campaign against civilians program a success?"

The movie, besides being frighteningly relevant to present circumstances, is an interesting take on the job of war correspondents.

And it is a sad commentary that fictional journalists have more integrity, courage and dedication than so many real ones today.

My hat is off to the real ones

The film has its weaknesses, but I give a solid 5 stars.
