Hello from Texas! Good to hear from you and catch up. From all of the great responses, I’m sure you can tell that you’ve been missed.

Losing a parent at a young age results in some pretty challenging things throughout life. My mother died of cancer when I was a child, and like you, I felt like I had it handled. I had family and friends who always made sure I was taken care of. But aspects of that loss creep in when you least expect it, and it can be really hard. I’m glad you are seeing someone who can help you resolve it.
