I am so sorry that you have lost such an important person who walked by your side through most of your life journey. Incredible that he survived that horrific accident to live and thrive another 70 years! It sounds as if he did indeed have a rich and full life. You were lucky to have had each other and I hope you will always find comfort in those cherished memories of a remarkable friend and friendship.
