17. how hard is it to cook ham? Do you know how to do it? Are those spiral cuts okay?

I hate ham, and usually get a turducken to go with the largest turkey I can find as one turkey is not enough. But if people actually like ham, I'm thinking it would be easier. We're not doing turducken as it has not been very good the last two years.
