CSA must be the latest "thing". I retired shortly after CDLs became a nuisance. And that was after being an instructor too. I found it hard to be out there and enjoy driving like I did in the 70 and early 80s. Too much traffic, too many electronic tattle tale stuff, just got to be a pain so I quit and went to college. I always found that cruise control, a new thing on trucks in my day, just didn't work to my advantage unless I was going across the flatlands.

Were you on I-40? And do you know where that big hill east of Moriarty, NM that just a sign that says HILL at the top (eastbound that is) and then you go down on a long curve that's banked the wrong way for about 2.2 miles or something like that? I almost got in trouble there every time, popular speed trap at the time. Even though you didn't get a ticket, it still cost you an hour minimum. Sorry to hear it. Hope make delivery on time in spite of it... or is that even a problem anymore?
