I just spent the last month ordering a 10 cent plastic part for my dishwasher. between silly price ($4.50 plus 6 shipping!) the wrong part, the defective one and finally getting an intact, correct one I spent well over whatever they spent for the material or wholesale and actual shipping. they and fedex made out well on a stupid plastic clip I couldn't quite make out of baling wire. 
yes they have a return at anytime policy
