8. ONE mg? ( edited-see below)

I did not even know they came in such a low dose.

5mg is usual adult dose
7 mg will put me in a nice relaxed sleep.

Did you know, there is an herb called Valerian root, comes in 500 mg capsules, which is same as
5 mg of Valium but non habit forming.
and cheap.

On edit....Happily, folks who read this drew my attention to errors...short of deleting the whole post, let me say that I was talking about Valium and OP was talking about Xanax, and I managed to confuse the 2 in my response.
Tho tis true that Valerian root is equal to Valium.
The only excuse I have is that the Valium we have is for my dog's panic attacks....maybe I need some too?
