91. flashback

There was a really tacky movie that came out in '89 starring Don Johnson called Dead Bang. There is a scene in there where he has an interview with a police psychologist who looks a lot (to Don) like Woody Allen. During the interview, Don chuckles a few times for no apparent reason, and eventually the P.P. asks him why. Don tells him it's because he looks like Woody Allen. The P.P. apparently is not a fan, because he reacts badly and cuts the interview short. Don responds by telling him that if he is taken off his current case because the PP has a problem with his unfortunate resemblance to Woody Allen, Don will make it his mission in life to cause him misery.

Long story short-- Don gets to stay on his case. His captain calls him and gives him the news; after the call is done, Don hangs up the phone and starts chuckling to himself, "Woody fuckin' Allen...."

(By the way, the best part of that particular film is the soundtrack. This was a flashback, not a recommendation.)
