"Nature of Things" on CBC television, white light includes blue which is wake up light. A red light encourages melatonin which fights off depression, cancer, obesity, and sleep problems. I read or watch a video he post until 3AM. So, if I do it with a red light perhaps I will be healthier. Afterall sunsets are red while at dawn the sky is very blue. Makes sense that I have been messing with my body by keeping such late hours with artificial white light.
