3. It difficult to fully charge old people, and the certifiable one's won't hold a charge at all

That's why the price for charging them is reduced

And I'm speaking from experience: I know whenever I attach the charging wires to my mother, she makes a such big fuss, I've decided charging her just isn't worth the trouble. On the plus side, it saves me money on the electric bill
