28. I've also heard that the first several uses after it is seasoned, you should only use it for cooking

bacon. That may be an old superstition, but supposedly you'll eventually get it to the point where you can fry an egg on it just as well as you can on Silverstone. I've never seen one that can do that. I've seen eggs fried in about a half of an inch of lard in a cast iron skillet, but I doubt you want to do that very often.
