23. Both Target and Safeway store-brands have good self-rising pizzas.

DiGiorno isn't terrible either.

I hate the frozen pizzas that aren't rising-crusts...they're all like cardboard. Usually though, I'll make my own. Dough is cheap. I can get enough for $1.50 to make two pies. The cheese is expensive...I usually do sauce and tomatoes, no cheese.
