Does anyone know of any good sites/podcasts on mindfulness? [View all]

I've heard it's good. I don't like the woo-woo aspects to some of it, but I'd like to start doing this if I can.

I have a hard time staying focused and on task sometimes, especially at work. I don't or can't seem to live in the moment and I'm always daydreaming, which has its uses but lately just seems to mean that I prefer to live in a fantasy world than in reality. Not sure how to break that habit.
