10. Acts of Sedition Against Attire Fascism

I worked for a company that required everyone to dress the same.

In fact they provided ugly, ill-made shirts manufactured in a third world country for all to wear. The fabric was thin and white. The seams puckered after laundering. No matter what method of cleaning was used, every shirt would look yellowed and aged within a few weeks.

Individuality was not value added in the corporate view. Management felt the act of selecting clothing in the morning was a waste of time, since employees should be focused on other tasks like being a team player.

And yet, no one was supportive of black, red, and cheetah print brassieres.
