Merle and Daryl are important players yet.
I don't think Tyrese and group will go anywhere.
They will hide out somewhere safe for the time being.
Rick is no longer the leader, that was clear at the end of the episode.
The group will do what it wants to do.
Rick did what he needed to do to get the group into a save place, but that time is over.
Rick needs a break, he has PTSD.
