13. It was hard. But interesting.

Yes, the guy's gloves and a bag. It was a tough upper body workout. I think it's going to do a lot to improve upper body strength, muscle tone, and hopefully coordination and balance, I have some serious left side issues with that, a lot weaker than my right.
