In your opinion, what is the perfect snack? Sweet? Savory? [View all]

My latest food-fad is a toasted English muffin with about half of an avocado spread on it (no butter) and some sea salt sprinkled on the avocado.

Believe me, it is divine.

I have had this for breakfast almost every day of the last month and am not even close to being tired of it. So, I guess not so much a snack, but it could be ...

What do you like, if you're craving something between meals?
