Oh, right, those bad interviews

I do remember one where the HR person said she didn't know what the position I was interviewing for entailed or what kind of work I did. I groaned inwardly when I heard that. I didn't get the job, either.

An interesting comparison is that when HR has done my interviews, I didn't get the job. Whereas when I did get the job, I was interviewed by the person that would be my boss, usually an engineer.
