I hope that you continue to recover well and avoid these episodes in the future. Take care of yourself. But you did make me hungry!

BTW, the black tomcat that went missing the day before the Super Bowl never came back home. My only solace was the night before I got to play with him and rub the belly after he got a good whiff of catnip. When I lived in Irving, the father and mother cats were two strays that I took in when the mother had broken her hip. There were four kittens born on April 27, 2011 and now my "family" is down to one female calico--my lap kitteh and one of the few things that makes me smile and laugh.
