25. She knew better. But like a lot of RNs, really didn't care for MDs.

Had a little bleeding. Thought it was a 'roid.

By the time she got it checked, it had spread to her liver. Passed a few weeks later. About 15 years ago. I heard about it all from a mutual gal pal. Too late to say goodbye, or to attend the funeral.
