I did it using Champix and then herbal cigarettes. Now when I see somebody smoking I think of those horrid herbal smokes and feel revultion. I just quit drinking last June. So far so good. I never think about it. I'm on meds for ptsd so I'm sure this helps me with my two quits. I never thought I could give up cigarettes but it went really well. And drinking I'd quit before.
