72. The just-ended Spartacus on Starz

makes Game of Thrones look like a Disney princess movie when it comes to gratuitous sex & violence - multiple people decapitated and/or skewered every episode with blood spurting worthy of the Kill Bill movies, not to mention lots of male & female nudity and sex throughout.
