...that some people block mail as a way to track people. Either for good or bad. That's why we occasionally petition Skinner to bring back the 'Buddy List'.

Don't ask me how that works, I don't know and have never felt the need to figure it out. Most of the people I would want to 'track' are right here in the Lounge. They're pretty predictable.
