1. I would be amazed if they allowed it to be seen by non-customers.

Directv pays huge amounts of money for things you can't find anywhere else. They spend billions to be the only one to offer NFL Sunday Ticket (that's how I got sucked in), they spend on every sports package you can imagine, they spend to be the only ones to offer certain movies before Netflix can get them, and while I'm absolutely sure Full Circle will be available online, it's hard for me to imagine it being available if you aren't a Directv customer. Being the only one to offer things is their modus operandi.
