Or upload your videos to YouTube?

If you have an older computer, or slower internet connection, click on the little gear on the lower right side and set to a lower number p so that it can run smoother.
If you view a video with a YouTube icon that you want to share, if it's posted on another site, click the "YouTube" icon at the lower right corner; On YouTube, below the video player there's a "share" button which gives you a URL to copy and paste into your post, which imbeds the video directly in your post.
