Brynden Tully went to use the bathroom and the assumption is he died too. (outside w/ the rest) But...I dunno. He's not dead in the books and he wasn't at the Red Wedding. I didn't see him die on the show...maybe I missed it? I admit to closing my eyes a time or two.
