67. About once a year

I get an urge for a McDonald's sausage and cheese biscuit. And every time after I have one, I wonder what the hell I was thinking.

But usually if I'm not sure I will like something, I won't eat it. I have a very active gag reflex that prompts vomiting if I try to eat something my brain isn't ready for.
