Actually married a "farm girl" in '75
She left in '78 - another story that . .
I love the outdoors, physical work and animals.
Worked as an Automotive and Truck mechanic for almost 40 years.
Quite innovative when it comes to repairing things - a necessary quality for a successful farmer methinks.
As you mentioned, and I've noticed - people that keep busy with varied interests live longer after retirement.
I BE BUSY!! - so I expect to be around for a while yet.
Maybe I'll outlast DU!!
