22. wow, I have never heard of an artist publically being critical of another

I thought that was something only paid critics did. I respect your right to your opinion on her talents, mine is that she is a wonderful girl who sings very well and I enjoyed her performance quite a bit. I suspect the vast majority of her audience likewise enjoyed the performance. And sliding up the scale is not a "trick" it is a method employed by thousands of singers and resonates well with audiences. Not every painter is rembrant, but I still look at a Bob Ross painting and find enjoyment, even if he employed "tricks". anyway, I continue to wish her the best, like I would just about any 12 year old working on her craft.
