No speaker, but you tuned to a specific radio station, so you had sound as good as your car sound system.

The usual deal at our local drive-in was one feature film, one "B" film, the latter usaully being pretty good from my memory...cult classics now.

Really though, the way most treated it, and the way we often did, was that it was a place to park and party. Sometimes state troopers would comb the area to give everybody a hard time: You could see their brimmed hats far away and you knew the fun was over. From what I noticed, and in me and my friends experience, they just made you pour your beer out on to the ground.

I really do miss those times.
