10. I can't fathom it.

I grew up on the east coast-- hot and humid summers... hated hated hated it, and moved away.

I've lived in Seattle for 20 years now, and now I'm a complete dishrag when it comes to hot weather. We got to like 85 today and we're all prickly and whiny! No brownouts here, though, because almost no one has A/C.

I do miss the summer thunderstorms, though...
