I know that certain sounds such as casaba melons being dropped to the pavement, kittens being hurled against tree trunks, and the Moody Blues can be soothing to people with your unfortunate disease. But we should no more listen to the Moody Blues than waste food or commit animal abuse.

Please consider an inpatient treatment center. I've seen them work wonders. Please remember, I'm here for you if you need me.
