Not locking because I figure some leeway is required at this point in terms of what belongs where on DU3 and I'm reticent to kill-off what might be fruitful debates, but you might want to post a thread to Help & Meta-discussion with a link-back to this thread then post that cross-link here.

Also, I can't tell you that someone else might not lock this, which is why I'm suggesting the cross-posts; we have no power to move threads.
